There's no fixed price list. You post your job, nearby drivers reply with their own offers, and you pick the one you like. You see the full price before you confirm, so there are no surprises on the day.
When you accept an offer. The full amount is taken upfront and held securely by Stripe, and the driver is only paid once the job is complete.
Yes. Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and you get a full refund. Closer to pickup a partial refund applies, and once the job is underway it's non-refundable. If your driver cancels, you always get every penny back automatically.
Independent professionals who have to pass our document checks before they can take a single job: driving licence, insurance, goods-in-transit cover and a DBS check where required. We also check their vehicle's MOT automatically. Ratings from previous customers are visible on every offer.
Across the UK. Availability depends on the drivers near you. Busy areas get offers in minutes, and quieter areas can take a little longer.
Once you post a job, vetted drivers nearby are notified and send you priced offers. You compare price, rating and vehicle, then accept the one you want. Nothing is booked until you accept.
You'll need to be eligible to work in the UK, hold a valid driving licence, and have an insured van or recovery vehicle. You upload your documents in the driver app; once they're verified you can start offering on jobs.
Customers pay into Stripe when they book. Once the job is complete, Stripe pays your share into your bank automatically. You keep 85 to 90% depending on your plan, and jobs under £50 carry a flat £5 fee instead.
